Future BRAVE
East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore III spoke to aspiring journalist at Louisiana State University. Students were allowed to ask question in a press conference with Moore.
As he spoke, Moore discussed his plan, BRAVE, on eliminating teen violence involved in the community.
Project Brave is a program to reduce the crime population amongst juvenile teens throughout East Baton Rouge. Approximately 85 homicides occur in a year and 52 percent average from gang violence.
Rather than placing teens at risk of forever having a criminal record, Moore would rather work with teen to keep them on the right track.
BRAVE is a program worth sharing, could forever change the future of Baton Rouge, and insure the city to be completely free of violence.
