Juliane Ding

Juliane Ding, a junior in Mckinley High School, born and raised in Baton Rouge. As an aspiring journalist, she came to the Louisiana Scholastic Press Association camp at Louisiana State University to improve her writing skills

and truly face the challenges of becoming a journalist.

Ding came to the Louisiana Scholastic Press Association Summer Institute to learn more about Adobe photo shop and improving her skills as a writer. Her ultimate goal after high school is to attend Amherst College in Massachusetts.

Ding wants to become a journalist to “speak for those, who cannot speak for themselves.”
